Senior Affiliate Manager

A full-cycle marketing agency is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to work in the Gambling vertical. Fully remote position. Requires 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner network management, and understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain the affiliate network, conduct negotiations and build long-term relationships with partners.
• Analyze partner performance, scale collaborations and optimize affiliate campaigns.
• Communicate with international partners in English.

What we need

• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Partnership Management / iGaming
• Experience in developing and maintaining an affiliate network
• Experience in negotiations and building long-term relationships with partners
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models
• Experience in analyzing partner performance and scaling collaboration
• English B2+ for daily communication with international partners
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Nice to have

• Experience in Gambling / iGaming
• Own affiliate partner base
• Experience attending international conferences (SiGMA, iGB, Affiliate World, etc.)
• Understanding of Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets specifics
