Chat Sales Lead (iGaming)

The company (the company) is looking for a Chat Sales Lead for remote work in iGaming. The role involves monitoring chat operators, controlling SLA, and communicating with local teams in Asia. Advanced English (B2+) is required, iGaming experience is not mathe companytory.

What you'll do

• Real-time monitoring of local chat operators and control of their response SLA.
• Timely reminding and motivating operators when there are delays in responding to customers.
• Daily communication with local teams in Asia to ensure high engagement and quick resolution of issues.

What we need

• Advanced English (B2+ spoken and written) for confident daily communication.
• High attention to detail, assertiveness, and follow-up skills.
• iGaming experience is not required — motivated candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
