Growth and Monetization Manager for the Magazine

The company is looking for a growth and monetization manager for its media. The role involves analyzing the user funnel, testing product hypotheses, finding new ways to monetize traffic, and driving initiatives from idea to measurable result. Work is office or hybrid in Moscow.

What you'll do

• Analyze the user funnel with the entry point into the media
• Conceive and test new product blocks, buttons, widgets, and other mechanics within articles
• Run A/B tests and evaluate their results
• Monitor the effectiveness of advertising placements in the magazine
• Find new ways to monetize traffic
• Prepare regular reports on results and necessary changes
• Set tasks for analysts, developers, and product teams
• Work with product marketers and select suitable products for different content types
• Maintain a hypothesis backlog and independently drive them from idea to launch and result

What we need

• Experience with web or product analytics
• Understanding of funnels, conversions, and A/B testing principles
• Ability to work with data and turn it into clear insights and decisions
• Ability to independently identify problems and propose solutions
• Ability to set tasks for developers, analysts, and other teams
• Understanding of digital marketing

Nice to have

• Experience in media or content projects
• Experience with financial products
• Experience with Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, BI systems, and similar tools
• Experience with website monetization and ad placements
