Talent Hunter / Recruiter

The role involves active direct search for Senior, Team Lead, Head and C-Level specialists, conducting initial interviews and building a talent pipeline. The position is fully remote, works with international markets and offers a growth path to Head of Recruitment.

What you'll do

• Actively source Senior, Team Lead, Head and C-Level specialists
• Source talent via LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord and professional communities
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates
• Build a specialist database and talent pool
• Maintain the CRM and daily reporting

What we need

• Experience in IT / Digital / Affiliate recruiting
• Headhunting and direct search skills
• Ability to find and engage strong specialists
• Self-reliance, initiative and results orientation
