UA Manager

An IT startup is looking for a hands-on UA Manager with deep expertise in Meta Ads and Web2App. The role requires independently scaling traffic buying and finding new growth opportunities.

What you'll do

• Buy traffic on Facebook (primary channel) and TikTok: Web2Web, Web2App, mobile apps
• Develop creatives and flows: from hypothesis to scaling
• Analyze funnels/bundles and optimize campaigns for ROAS and LTV
• Handle operations: accounts, BMs, top-ups, deeplinks
• Assign tasks to the creative department

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in UA / Performance
• 2+ years of experience with Facebook
• Experience with Subscription

Nice to have

• Web2App via AppsFlyer
