Game Mathematician (iGaming / slots)

The company (NDA) is looking for a Game Mathematician to develop and tune mathematical models for slot games, balance RTP, volatility, and other parameters. Requires experience with slots in iGaming, Russian mandatory, English at least B1. Location: outside Russia, Belarus, Ukraine. Remote work.

What you'll do

• Develop and configure mathematical models for games
• Balance RTP, volatility, hit rate, feature frequency, max win
• Perform simulations and prototypes
• Prepare math docs, PAR sheets, probability tables
• Interact with dev and QA during implementation

What we need

• Experience as a Game Mathematician in iGaming
• Must have experience specifically with slots
• Russian language mandatory
• English at least B1, working level is sufficient
• No need to write production-ready code, scripting/prototyping is sufficient
• Location: outside Russia, Belarus, Ukraine
