FD/RD Manager

We launched a forex project with a steady flow of warm leads from own traffic. We are looking for an experienced sales person to handle FD/RD. Fully remote with schedule 09:00-18:00 UTC+8.

What you'll do

• Processing incoming leads via correspondence and chatbot
• Warming leads and converting to first deposit (FD)
• Managing CRM: statuses, database, follow-up
• Reactivation and retention of leads (RD)
• Working according to scripts and funnel logic

What we need

• Experience with forex leads is mandatory
• Understanding of the vertical: deposits, trading, working with traders
• Ability to warm leads and convert to deposit
• Proficient in CRM
• Good written communication, quick response
• Available during working hours
