Head of Facebook Supply Department

The company is looking for a Head of Facebook Supply Department to manage department efficiency, strategic development, and team. The role involves interaction with related departments, quality control, and partner relations. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar position and proficiency in Google Workspace, Facebook structure, task managers, and BPMN.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Proficient in: Google Workspace (sheets, docs), Facebook structure (understanding interface, errors), task managers (Asana, Teamly and similar), knowledge bases (Notion, Teamly or similar — writing guides, regulations, checklists), BPMN diagrams
• Good knowledge of the supplier market, contacts in agencies
• Skill in managing both large (up to 20 employees) and small teams
• Ability to build processes from scratch and willingness to get hands-on in the initial stages if necessary
• Ability to communicate in writing with contractors in English (English level B1-B2)
• Personal qualities: responsibility, proactivity, communication skills, leadership, flexibility and adaptability, stress tolerance, results orientation
