Head of Facebook Supply Department

A fintech and crypto company is looking for a Head of Facebook Supply Department. Responsibilities: managing department efficiency, strategic development, team management, quality control and partner relations. Requires 1+ year in a similar role, knowledge of Google Workspace, Facebook, task managers, BPMN, supplier market, English B1-B2.

What we need

• 1+ year in a similar role
• Proficient in Google Workspace (sheets, docs)
• Understanding of Facebook structure (interface, errors)
• Experience with task managers (Asana, Teamly, etc.)
• Ability to write guides, regulations, checklists in knowledge bases (Notion, Teamly)
• Knowledge of BPMN diagrams
• Good knowledge of the supplier market, contacts in agencies
• Experience managing teams of up to 20 people
• Ability to build processes from scratch
• English B1-B2 for written communication with contractors
• Personal qualities: responsibility, proactivity, communication, leadership, flexibility, stress tolerance, result orientation
