Team Lead TikTok (iGaming / Gambling)

We are looking for a strong Team Lead to develop and scale the TikTok direction in the team. Requires experience with TikTok Ads, iGaming/Gambling, Tier-1 GEO, team management, and budgets from $300k/month.

What we need

• Experience with TikTok Ads
• Experience in iGaming / Gambling
• Experience with Tier-1 GEO
• Experience managing a team
• Team budgets from $300k+/month
• Understanding TikTok specifics: moderation, algorithms, testing and scaling
• Experience with Binom / Keitaro / Voluum or similar
• Strong analytics and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Independence and readiness to influence the development of the TikTok direction
