An iGaming company is looking for an experienced VIP Account Manager to work in the office in Limassol, Cyprus. The role involves managing VIP users, retention, bonuses, and preventing churn.

What you'll do

• Managing VIP users, proactive communication
• Retention, bonuses, promotions and preventing churn
• Conversion and cross-sales

What we need

• 1+ year in iGaming VIP/Account Management
• English C1+ (French/German is a plus)
• Proactive calls experience

Nice to have

• French or German language
