Team Lead of Google Ads Farming Department

The company is a product adtech team in Fintech and Crypto. We are looking for a Team Lead of Google Ads Farming Department to prepare, open, and warm up accounts, interact with platforms, and resolve account issues. Remote work, schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time, payments in USDT.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Proficient with Google Workspace (sheets, docs)
• Understanding of moderation, interface, errors, and blocks of Native sources
• Experience with task managers (Asana, Teamly, or similar)
• Skills in writing guides in knowledge bases (Notion or similar)
• Strong skills with browsers, proxies, and card services
• English B1-B2 for text communication with contractors
• Personal qualities: responsibility, communication skills, attention to detail, punctuality, initiative, ability to handle large volumes of repetitive tasks
