The company is looking for a Team Lead for its Google Ads farming department to manage account preparation, warming, and troubleshooting. The team works in Fintech and Crypto.

What you'll do

• Preparation, opening, and warming of Google Ads accounts
• Interaction with platforms for account verification
• Resolving account issues and maintaining their functionality

What we need

• Experience from 1 year in a similar position
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Native sources, task managers (Asana, Teamly), and knowledge bases (Notion)
• Strong skills with browsers, proxies, and card services
• English B1-B2 for text communication with contractors
• Personal qualities: responsibility, communication, attentiveness, punctuality, initiative, ability to handle large volumes of repetitive tasks
