Account Manager (Ad Accounts Support)

The company provides ad account management services for media buyers and agencies. The role involves fast response and problem-solving, with most work in chats. Requires deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Provide fast and effective support via chat, sometimes via video calls
• Onboard new clients, introduce them to the service, set expectations
• Issue and manage ad accounts, handle appeals, track status and spend, perform verifications
• Resolve account issues (bans, unblocks, proxy errors) and keep clients informed
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, help retain clients
• Monitor patterns in account performance and client behavior, highlight insights to improve product
• Closely collaborate with other departments

What we need

• Experience in affiliate marketing or media buying — mandatory
• Understanding of how ad accounts work internally
• English B2+ (written and spoken)
• Proficient Ukrainian language
• Comfortable working different shifts independently
