An iGaming company is looking for a sales manager to handle phone sales. Requires B2C sales experience, objection handling skills, and readiness for a high volume of calls. Remote work, compensation is fixed + KPI paid in USDT.

What you'll do

• Active phone sales to B2C clients.
• Handling objections and closing on the target action.
• Handling a high volume of calls.
• Achieving target KPIs.

What we need

• Experience in B2C sales, preferably in active sales or telemarketing.
• Ability to handle objections and close on the target action.
• Readiness for a high volume of calls.
• Russian language and one of the following: Uzbek, Tajik, or Kyrgyz.
• Result orientation and KPI focus.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming.
