Media Buyer (Traffic Arbitrage)

Fully remote full-time job. Compensation: base rate $400-$600 per month during the initial training and manual testing period, then a percentage of profit (RevShare) or bonuses for hitting KPIs on target leads. Once a profitable funnel is found and stably scaled, direct growth to a Team Lead position with building your own team for that traffic source.

What you'll do

• Launching and optimizing ad campaigns (manual testing).
• Finding and testing profitable funnels.
• Scaling successful funnels.

What we need

• Experience in traffic arbitrage (media buying).
• Understanding of CPA marketing and payment models (RevShare, CPA).
• Skills in launching and optimizing ad campaigns.
