Sales Manager (Binary Options)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to work with clients in the financial vertical (binary options / forex / investments). Tasks: processing incoming messages, managing the client through the sales funnel, closing on the initial deposit, consulting on the platform, assisting with registration and crypto deposits. We focus on quality, not quantity.

What you'll do

• Processing incoming messages
• Managing the client through the sales funnel
• Closing the client on the initial deposit
• Conducting correspondence with flexible adaptation to the dialogue context
• Consulting on the trading platform
• Assisting with registration and account funding via cryptocurrency
• Handling objections
• Maintaining client interest and supporting in problematic situations

What we need

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in financial verticals (binary options / forex / investments / related fields)
• Understanding of client psychology and decision-making logic in the investment model
• Understanding of the specifics of crypto deposits
• Confidence in dialogue, result orientation
• Attentiveness and discipline in traffic processing

Nice to have

• Understanding of written English, including slang and informal phrasing
• Experience working with Tier-1 countries, USA priority
