Team Lead of SEO

Due to the expansion of the SEO direction, the company is looking for a strong Team Lead of SEO with proven cases in high-risk niches. The role involves developing and implementing SEO strategy, managing and growing the SEO team, scaling projects, and monitoring key metrics.

What you'll do

• Developing and implementing SEO strategy
• Managing and developing the SEO team
• Scaling current projects and launching new ones
• Analyzing results and identifying growth opportunities
• Analyzing competitors and testing new hypotheses
• Monitoring key SEO metrics and team results
• Optimizing and automating internal processes

What we need

• 4-5+ years of experience in SEO
• 1+ year in a Senior / Team Lead position
• Experience promoting large high-risk projects
• Proven successful cases
• Experience managing and scaling an SEO team
• Deep understanding of core SEO areas
• Independence and accountability for results
