Team Lead of Sales

The employer is looking for a top Team Lead to develop new projects in scheme traffic for Latin America and Asia. The role involves building and optimizing projects from scratch, managing a sales team, and analyzing department metrics. Remote work 6/1 with a paid internship and a percentage of net profit.

What you'll do

• Creating and optimizing projects (from scratch / existing)
• Managing the sales team: hiring, onboarding, personnel evaluation
• Writing and updating scripts
• Analyzing metrics, identifying scaling opportunities
• Reporting on conversions and department results

What we need

• Experience in scheme traffic for LATAM/Asia - at least 1 year - mandatory!
• Experience building projects from scratch
• Understanding of the specifics of working in Latin America / Asia
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-sufficiency, initiative, and communication skills
