Head of Supply Department

An international fintech project creating payment solutions for high-risk businesses is looking for a Head of Supply Department. The candidate will lead the supplier management direction, build efficient processes, and strengthen the team. Fully remote work, candidates outside Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan are considered.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of up to 10 people
• Develop the direction of searching for new suppliers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners
• Control purchase prices, analyze metrics and department efficiency
• Control supplier accounts receivable and organize the debt collection process
• Optimize internal processes and improve team efficiency

What we need

• Team management experience
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers
• Systems thinking and organizational skills
• Stress tolerance and decision-making ability
• Initiative, independence, and result orientation

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Ukrainian language
