Business / System Analyst

A payment company (PSP) is looking for a Business Analyst / Monitoring manager for remote work. The analyst will join ongoing projects and communicate with clients and agents.

What you'll do

• Analyze and formalize existing schedules
• Interact with clients, technical teams, and agents
• Describe processes, quickly resolve emerging issues
• Participate in development of technical solutions
• Support active product and client projects

What we need

• 1+ year of experience as Business or System Analyst / Monitoring
• Mandatory experience in merchant/PSP

Nice to have

• English language
