Team Lead Media Buyer (Facebook)
Employer Location —Comp Competitive fixed rate + percentage of team net profit. Discussed individually based on interview results.
We are a stable team with our own traffic and fully built infrastructure. We have been working in traffic arbitrage for over 5 years. We are looking for a strong Team Lead to lead a team of buyers and take performance to the next level. Geo: Tier 1.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of buyers (current team size + planned growth).
- Full budget management and allocation across bundles.
- Search and testing of new bundles, work with creatives and their optimization.
- Deep analytics, control of unit economics, and maintaining stable ROI.
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in traffic arbitrage.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads.
- Strong understanding of unit economics and arbitrage math.
- Developed strategic thinking and creative insight.
- Experience managing large budgets ($100k+ per month).
