We are looking for a Team Lead System Administrator for a FinTech team. Fully remote, salary starting from $1000. Experience in infrastructure and team management required.
What you'll do
- Oversee the work of the system administration department
- Distribute tasks and workload
- Monitor infrastructure and internal services
- Participate in incident resolution
- Coordinate processes within the team
- Maintain and develop internal IT processes
What we need
- Experience in system administration
- Understanding of networks and IT infrastructure
- Experience with VPN (WireGuard) and RDP
- Experience with Google Sheets / Excel
- Understanding of process automation
- Experience or desire to manage a team and projects
- Responsibility and high commitment
