Game Mathematician (iGaming / slots)

We are looking for a Game Mathematician to join an iGaming team. The role is hands-on, without people management: responsible for game mathematics, primarily slots.

What you'll do

• Develop and configure mathematical models of games
• Balance RTP, volatility, hit rate, feature frequency, max win
• Run simulations and create prototypes
• Prepare math docs / PAR sheets / probability tables
• Interact with dev and QA during implementation

What we need

• Experience as a Game Mathematician in iGaming
• Must have experience specifically with slots
• Russian language is mandatory
• English at least B1, working level is sufficient
• Location: outside Russia, Belarus, Ukraine
