Farm Team Lead (NDA/Crypto)

The employer is looking for a Farm direction lead to take ownership of the team and build stable, efficient workflows. The role involves controlling account quality and volume, understanding anti-fraud and ban reasons, and collaborating with Media Buying and adjacent departments. The position is remote.

What you'll do

• Organize and develop the work of the farm team
• Build and optimize work processes
• Control account quality and volume
• Monitor the stability of the direction and resolve emerging issues
• Collaborate with Media Buying and adjacent departments
• Work on scaling the farm direction

What we need

• 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead in Farm/Crypto
• Solid understanding of Google Ads, trust accounts, account warming, anti-fraud, and ban reasons
• Experience managing a team and building work processes
• Understanding of how to maintain stable quality and the required account volume
• Skill in analyzing processes, identifying problems, and finding solutions to improve them
• Self-sufficiency, a systematic approach, and accountability for results
