Traffic Analyst

A fast-growing iGaming company is looking for a Traffic Analyst to analyze traffic, funnels, and advertising source efficiency. The specialist will work with large datasets, find ROI growth opportunities, and generate hypotheses for campaign optimization.

What you'll do

• Analyze traffic, funnels, and efficiency of advertising sources;
• Work with large datasets and identify ROI growth opportunities;
• Analyze the quality of gambling/betting traffic and user behavior;
• Monitor KPIs, quickly find causes of drops and increases in metrics;
• Formulate hypotheses for scaling and optimizing campaigns;
• Participate in A/B tests and CRO optimization;
• Create clear reports and dashboards for teams and management;
• Interpret complex data and turn it into actionable recommendations for the business.

What we need

• Experience as a Traffic Analyst in iGaming for at least 2 years
• Experience with gambling/betting traffic
• Proficient in SQL (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, BigQuery)
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of key metrics: ROI, CPA, FTD, CR, LTV, CAC, Retention
• Experience with BI tools: Metabase / Power BI / Tableau
• Understanding of A/B testing, retention analytics, and cohort analysis
• Systems thinking, independence, and proactivity

• Skills in Python or R for analytics
