Team Lead Media Buyer / Affiliate (arbitrage)
Employer Location —Comp Month 1 — salary 40,000 RUB. Month 2 — salary 50,000 RUB. From month 3 — salary from 50,000 RUB + percentage of profit/team sales (negotiable). Within three months, possibility to reach 100,000 RUB+Schedule 5/2, 10:00-19:00 MSK
We are looking for a team lead for a project involving rental of advertising accounts, who can run traffic, manage a support team, and understand support and affiliate processes. Requires proven experience in traffic arbitrage, team management, understanding of grey verticals and affiliate models (CPA/RevShare). Remote work, schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00 MSK.
What you'll do
- Manage and train the support team.
- Conduct technical interviews when hiring support staff.
- Scale traffic bundles, find new approaches, and test hypotheses.
- Daily calls with the team.
- Test accounts from providers, monitor quality of cabinets and infrastructure.
- Build processes for purchasing, testing, and transferring accounts; maintain reporting on turnover and profit.
What we need
- Proven experience in traffic arbitrage (grey/white verticals).
- Experience managing a team of media buyers or support.
- Understanding of traffic, grey verticals, and affiliate models (CPA/RevShare).
- Skill in scaling and bundle analytics, ability to work with KPIs (ROI, CPL, volumes).
- Willingness to provide proof of results (screenshots, cases, statistics).
- Experience in arbitrage, support, or affiliate for at least 1 year.
- Leadership qualities: ability to set tasks, train the team, and drive results.
