Middle Influence Manager

We are looking for a Middle Influence Manager for an international iGaming product. The role covers the full cycle of influencer management: sourcing, negotiations, campaign launch and analytics, as well as scaling placements and growing the influencer direction towards Team Lead.

What you'll do

• Sourcing, attracting and developing bloggers, streamers and media partners
• Full cycle of influencer management: negotiations, launch, support and analytics of advertising campaigns
• Scaling placements together with the Team Lead
• Maintaining CRM and reporting on partners
• Analyzing campaign performance, running A/B tests and making scaling decisions
• Launching special projects with bloggers and finding new advertising platforms
• Analyzing competitor activity and finding new growth opportunities

What we need

• 2+ years of experience working with bloggers / streamers / opinion leaders
• Mandatory experience in iGaming (Gambling / Betting)
• Understanding of the full Influence Marketing cycle
• Experience in independently sourcing and attracting new partners
• Experience in commercial negotiations and managing advertising budgets
• Ability to analyze results by CPA, ROI, ROAS, registrations, deposits, reach and other metrics
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and CRM systems
• Analytical mindset, autonomy and desire to grow to Team Lead
