SMM Lead

The employer, an analytical platform, is looking for an SMM Lead to take over the entire social media direction. The candidate will be responsible for strategy, copywriting, visuals, and analytics. Experience in iGaming, fintech, or analytical products is a plus.

What you'll do

• Strategy and channels: LinkedIn, Telegram, X — each channel with its own tone of voice, themes, and content.
• Copywriting. Content is built on data and market analytics. The task is to extract a strong angle from analytical materials, work with hooks, and build narrative.
• Visuals: design briefs, working with templates, and if necessary, producing simple visuals yourself (using ready-made tools).
• Analytics: channel dashboards, tracking results, hypotheses, and strategy adjustments based on data.

What we need

• Strong copywriting in English and Russian
• Understanding how attention works in the feed
• Experience in producing personal brands: tone of voice, content strategy, positioning
• Independence — we are looking for an owner of the direction, not an executor
• Proficient in AI tools for content creation

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or analytical products
