Sales Manager (calls, not call center)

The company is looking for a sales manager to handle hot and warm clients in the investment vertical, geo Azerbaijan. Responsibilities include phone conversations, handling objections, and helping clients regain trust. Remote work with fixed pay per shift and call bonuses.

What you'll do

• Communicate with hot and warm clients over the phone.
• Handle objections and answer client questions.
• Help clients regain trust and resume working.

What we need

• Conversational Azerbaijani language (mandatory).
• Ease of communication and positive attitude towards people.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Willingness to be fully committed (not as a side job).
• Gender: female (girls).

Nice to have

• Sales or client communication experience.
• Experience in the investment field.
