Google Ads Farming Team Lead

A team with over 5 years of affiliate marketing experience is looking for a team lead to build and head a team of 5–6 Google Ads account farmers. The role covers the full cycle of preparing, verifying, and recovering ad accounts, controlling account survival rates, and supplying the media buying team with resources. The position is fully remote.

What you'll do

• Build a team of 5–6 farmers, distribute tasks, and control deadlines and quality of work
• Evaluate employee performance, develop regulations, and build a knowledge base
• Organize the full cycle of Google Ads account preparation: registration, warm-up, creation, and setup
• Handle account verification, appeals, and recovery of blocked accounts
• Monitor account survival rate and block percentage
• Work with proxies, anti-detect browsers, SMS services, cards, and other resources
• Source and test suppliers of consumables and keep resource records
• Provide the media buying team with accounts in the required volume and on time
• Process buyers' requests and maintain reporting on farming processes

What we need

• Experience farming accounts specifically for Google Ads within the last six months
• Proven team management experience
• Hands-on experience passing Google verifications
• Confident work with anti-detect browsers and proxies
• Ability to organize processes, keep records, and solve non-standard tasks

• Experience with documents and resolving problematic farming stages
