Business Trainer (B2B)

We are looking for a business trainer for the sales department to onboard and develop B2B managers. The role includes training newcomers, call reviews, developing training programs, and KPI reporting. Remote work, the company is in FinTech.

What you'll do

• Train newcomers and develop existing employees
• Listen to and review calls, provide developmental feedback
• Develop training programs and evaluate effectiveness
• Prepare KPI reporting

What we need

• 2+ years of experience as a business trainer plus hands-on B2B sales experience
• Understanding of B2B specifics (SPIN, decision makers, long sales cycle)
• Experience running online trainings, CRM proficiency
