Influence Manager (Junior+)

The employer is looking for a Junior+ Influence Manager to buy advertising from influencers for RU and LATAM GEOs, with a focus on Argentina. The role involves sourcing and selecting influencers and channels, negotiating placement terms, and analyzing the performance of ad campaigns across Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube.

What you'll do

• Source and select influencers and channels for the required GEOs and objectives
• Purchase advertising placements from influencers
• Work with Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube
• Work with influencers for Argentina: buying Stories and other ad integrations
• Work with Telegram channels and other relevant channels
• Negotiate cost, formats, timelines, and placement terms
• Analyze ad campaign results and evaluate placement effectiveness

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in gambling/iGaming
• At least 6 months of experience working with influencers
• Experience managing ad budgets from $20,000 per month
• Knowledge of key metrics: CPM, CPA, ER, RS
• Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets

Nice to have

• Experience with Argentina or other LATAM GEOs
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and ability to attend conferences
• Experience buying ads in Telegram channels
• Experience with Telegram in CIS and budgets from $15,000–20,000 per month
• Experience with Instagram / Telegram / YouTube
