Content Team Lead

Our team is looking for a strong Content Team Lead to optimize team performance and improve metrics. You will manage a team of content managers, develop content strategies, and analyze engagement. Experience with multi-geo and promotion/binary options verticals is required.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of content managers, organize and control department work
• Develop, optimize, and implement content strategy
• Continuously analyze engagement and adjust content plan based on audience response

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Practical understanding of ROMI, conversions, and other key performance indicators for content campaigns
• Proven experience in team management, development, and coordination
• Experience with multi-geo
• Experience in developing and implementing content strategies for promotion and binary options verticals

Nice to have

• Experience with LATAM geo
• Experience in forex vertical
