Retention Manager

An international product company in iGaming is looking for a Retention Manager to build a player retention strategy, develop CRM, and improve key product metrics. Fully remote work.
What we need
- 2+ years of experience as Retention Manager / CRM Manager in iGaming
- Understanding of player lifecycle, retention mechanics, bonus economics, and loyalty programs
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and automation of customer communications
- Data analysis skills, audience segmentation, proficiency in Excel, basic SQL knowledge
- English at Intermediate level or higher
- Analytical mindset, initiative, and ability to build processes independently
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Spanish
