Senior Support Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Support Specialist for a new online casino and sportsbook brand. Key requirements: experience in iGaming, fluent Spanish, understanding of casino/sportsbook support, ability to set up support function. Focus on LATAM.

What you'll do

• Participate in setting up and launching the support function for a new brand
• Develop and implement SOPs, QA processes, and training
• Handle escalations and work with support tools
• Collaborate with VIP and Retention teams

What we need

• Experience in iGaming
• Fluent Spanish (plus Russian or English)
• Experience setting up support function
• Understanding of casino/sportsbook support
• Experience with SOP, QA, training, escalations, tooling

Nice to have

• Experience with VIP/Retention
