Senior Affiliate Manager

An international iGaming affiliate network is looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop a new direction with several new products. The role covers sourcing and onboarding affiliates, managing traffic quality, negotiating payout models, and scaling the partner network. Fully remote, full-time.

What you'll do

• Source and onboard affiliates (webmasters)
• Manage traffic quality and negotiate payout models (CPA / Hybrid / RevShare)
• Scale and grow the affiliate network

What we need

• 3+ years of iGaming experience and market knowledge
• Mandatory experience with products on local licenses
• Experience with Alanbase, Affilka or similar platforms
• Understanding of traffic sources and confident Excel skills
