Team Lead / Head of Recruitment

An independent performance team is looking for a Team Lead / Head of Recruitment to fill key positions in iGaming and arbitrage. You will build hiring processes, work directly with founders, and develop a recruiting team.

What you'll do

• Close key positions (media buyers, team leads, head-level)
• Build and optimize hiring processes
• Work directly with founders and hiring managers
• Develop sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Telegram, communities, network)
• Implement metrics and make hiring predictable
• Build and develop a team of recruiters

What we need

• Experience in iGaming, within an arbitrage team
• Experience closing head/C-level positions
• Experience building processes (even on small scales)
• Ability to work quickly but thoughtfully
