Team Lead / Head of Recruitment

An independent performance team is looking for a Team Lead / Head of Recruitment to close key positions (media buyers, team leads, head-level), build and optimize hiring processes, work directly with founders and hiring managers, and develop a team of recruiters.

What we need

• Experience in iGaming, within an arbitrage team
• Experience closing head/C-level positions
• Experience building processes (even at small scales)
• Ability to work quickly but thoughtfully
