Head of Affiliates

An international B2C iGaming company with its own casino brands is looking for a Head of Affiliates to develop its affiliate direction in Tier-1 GEO. The role involves scaling the affiliate function, expanding the partner network, and growing the team alongside business growth.

What you'll do

• Develop cooperation with partners in Tier-1 GEO
• Develop the team and scale the direction alongside business growth (currently 2 people)
• Develop the affiliate direction and build a traffic acquisition strategy
• Expand the partner network and build long-term relationships with affiliates

What we need

• Experience in B2C iGaming on the operator side (at least 3 years)
• Experience managing an affiliate direction and a team
• Experience and network in Tier-1 GEO (experience with NL is a big plus)
• Fluent English (international team, including direct reports)

Nice to have

• Experience working with the NL GEO
