What you'll do
- Manage payment providers and monitor transactions to improve payment processes for the Oman market.
- Search for and connect new PSPs, agents, and local payment solutions.
- Negotiate fees, limits, and SLA terms with providers.
- Support payment integrations, monitor approval and decline rates, and reduce chargebacks.
- Analyze local markets, maintain stable payment flows, and build strong provider relationships.
What we need
- English B1+
- Russian (fluent or native)
- Willingness to work in the office (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan)
