Sales Manager / Call Handler

We are looking for a Sales Manager to handle incoming calls in the loans/investments vertical. GEO: CIS (Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan). Priority to women, but men with language skills are also considered. Schedule: 08:30-20:30 MSK, 3 days off per month. Fixed $900 + KPI per call.

What we need

• Experience with loans or investments (plus)
• Experience in a similar position and handling scheme traffic
• Knowledge of Kazakh, Uzbek, or Azerbaijani language (plus)
• Clear verbal communication (call center experience a plus)
• Be available throughout the shift
