BizDev / Partnership Manager (SEO)

A fast-growing SEO company in the iGaming niche (7 years on the market, 140+ people, fully remote team) is looking for an experienced BizDev / Partnership Manager to work with advertisers on SEO traffic. Responsibilities: developing relationships with current advertisers, closing deals (CPA, RevShare), brand rotation, payment control, finding new partners, attending conferences.

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in BizDev / Partnership / Affiliate in iGaming
• Experience specifically with SEO traffic — knowledge of specifics and metrics (FTD, CPA, RevShare)
• Experience negotiating deals with advertisers for SEO
• Understanding of reconciliations, payments, and financial control
• Russian and English languages

Nice to have

• Experience in large iGaming SEO teams
• Existing network of advertisers
• Experience attending and networking at industry conferences
