Affiliate Manager / Mobile Traffic Manager

A fast-growing performance project in the financial vertical is looking for an Affiliate Manager / Mobile Traffic Manager. The role involves developing the partner network for mobile traffic, controlling traffic quality, working with mobile tracking, and analyzing performance metrics.

What you'll do

• Develop the partner network (webmasters, arbitrage teams, partners) for mobile traffic.
• Control traffic quality at all stages of the funnel: from registration to payout.
• Work with mobile tracking: mobile links, postback, click_id, sub_id, redirects.
• Analyze traffic performance in AppsFlyer (or similar MMPs).
• Reconcile partner data with CRM and internal systems.
• Identify fraud, anomalies, and low-quality traffic.
• Analyze key performance metrics (CPA, CPL, CPR, EPC, CR, Approve Rate, Issue Rate).
• Develop relationships with partners, find new sources, and scale successful ones.

What we need

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager, Traffic Manager, or Performance Manager.
• Understanding of mobile performance marketing.
• Experience with AppsFlyer or other MMP platforms.
• Knowledge of tracking systems, postback, click_id, sub_id, deep links, and attribution.
• Data analysis skills and metric-driven decision making.
• Experience in fraud detection and traffic quality assessment.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech / MFO / MCO / LeadGen.
