Growth Marketing Manager

An international FinTech project is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can turn hypotheses into a stable flow of leads and find opportunities where others see limitations. The role involves building marketing funnels, running campaigns, and making data-driven decisions.

What you'll do

• Build and optimize marketing funnels
• Launch campaigns via Telegram, messengers, and alternative acquisition channels
• Work with influencers and local opinion leaders
• Test hypotheses, analyze results, and scale successful solutions
• Improve key acquisition and conversion metrics

What we need

• At least 3 years of experience in Growth Marketing / User Acquisition
• Ability to build funnels via Telegram and messengers
• Data-driven decision making
• English proficiency at B1-B2+ level

Nice to have

• Understanding of South Asian markets
