Influencer Marketing Team Lead

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Team Lead to develop the direction in an international fintech/tech company. The role includes managing a team of up to 5 people, working in MENA, Africa, and Asia markets, and influencing strategy and scaling. Work format — office in Limassol, Cyprus.

What you'll do

• Develop and scale the influencer marketing direction
• Manage a team of up to 5 people
• Establish processes and KPIs
• Influence strategy and scaling
• Work with analytics, performance metrics, and budgets
• Manage campaigns across TikTok, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube

What we need

• Experience in Influencer Marketing for at least 5 years
• Team management experience
• International experience (working with global markets)
• Understanding of performance approach and metrics
• English B2+ required

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, iGaming, or digital products
