Influencer Marketing Team Lead

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Team Lead for an international B2C fintech/tech product. We need someone who can develop the existing direction, manage a team, and establish processes and KPIs. The team has up to 5 people, international markets (focus on MENA, Africa, Asia), channels: TikTok, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube. Influence on strategy and scaling of the direction, work with analytics, efficiency and budgets.

What we need

• experience in Influencer Marketing from 5 years
• team management experience
• international experience
• understanding of performance approach and metrics
• English B2+ mandatory

• experience from fintech / iGaming / digital products
