Affiliate Manager (LATAM)

An iGaming employer is looking for an Affiliate Manager with LATAM expertise (primarily Argentina) and an existing partner base. The role involves sourcing B2B partners, streamers and SEO partners, working on CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models, developing partners, controlling traffic quality and analyzing KPIs. Remote work or an office in Warsaw is available, with a growth path to Senior / Head of Affiliates.

What we need

• 2+ years of iGaming experience
• Experience with Argentina and an existing partner base in LATAM
• English level B1 or higher
