VIP Manager

An iGaming company (gambling/betting) is looking for a VIP Manager to work in the office in Moscow. Responsibilities: increasing client loyalty, consulting, handling inquiries, objection handling.

What you'll do

• Communicating with clients to increase loyalty to the company
• Consulting on company products
• Processing incoming inquiries
• Handling objections
• Resolving objections individually for each client
