Financial Manager (Planning & Analysis)

An iGaming company is looking for a Financial Manager responsible for budgeting, financial planning and analysis, and payment operations management. Fully remote position in an international project.

What you'll do

• Handle budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling
• Control and approve payments
• Validate affiliate payments
• Calculate bonuses for VIP and Affiliate teams
• Optimize payment cost
• Prepare financial reporting and analytics

What we need

• Experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis or Controlling for at least 3 years
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• English — Upper-Intermediate and above
• Mandatory experience in iGaming

Nice to have

• Experience with PSP and affiliate payment structures
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or SQL
• Experience in financial process automation
