Financial Manager (Planning & Analysis)

An the company is looking for a Financial Manager responsible for budgeting, financial planning and analysis, as well as participating in payment operations management.

What you'll do

• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Control and approve payments
• Validate affiliate payouts
• Calculate bonuses for VIP and Affiliate teams
• Optimize payment costs
• Prepare financial reports and analytics

What we need

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Controlling
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Mandatory experience in iGaming

Nice to have

• Experience with PSP and affiliate payment structures
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
• Experience in financial process automation
