Looking for an experienced Facebook farmer who is ready not just to deliver volume but to build their own farming team. The role involves quality control, handling bans and checkpoints, developing manuals and optimizing processes, with a growth path to Team Lead.

What you'll do

What we need

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with numbers and results
• Understanding of Meta antifraud
• Team management experience
• Systematic approach, self-reliance and readiness to start hands-on
