Gamification Designer
Employer Location —Comp Salary negotiable
We are looking for a Gamification Designer with experience in high-engagement products to create game mechanics for a trading project. Design tournaments, leagues, leaderboards, reward systems, and Retention/Live-ops. Adapt engagement mechanics from iGaming to Fintech.
What you'll do
- Design tournaments, leagues, leaderboards, reward systems, and Retention/Live-ops
- Adapt engagement mechanics from iGaming to Fintech
- Balance game economy, work with analytics and metrics
What we need
- At least 2 years of experience in gamification (iGaming, social games)
- Understanding of retention, engagement, loyalty systems, and VIP programs
Nice to have
- Experience in Fintech/Trading
- Knowledge of SQL, Amplitude, or Tableau
