Telegram Ads Buyer / Media Buyer

The employer is looking for a Telegram Ads traffic buyer who can attract quality audiences in competitive verticals and deliver results. Main focus is Tier-1 GEO, predominantly Europe, driving traffic to direct messages in crypto / investment verticals. Fully remote format with a flexible bonus system and growth path to Team Lead and Head of TG Ads Buying.

What you'll do

• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Telegram Ads
• Attracting target audience in crypto / investment verticals
• Working with traffic to direct messages
• Controlling quality of leads and conversations
• Analyzing metrics, cost per conversation and reasons for its changes
• Optimizing campaigns and ensuring stable results
• Collaborating with the sales department and regular reporting

What we need

• Hands-on experience with Telegram Ads
• Understanding of traffic buying mechanics and key metrics
• Ability to work with direct messages and assess incoming traffic quality
• Ability to independently analyze results, identify causes of drops and make prompt decisions
• Results orientation, responsibility and engagement in the project

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto / investment
