Motion Designer

The company is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to create top-notch creatives for traffic arbitrage. The role involves using AI tools and lip-sync techniques to drive conversion.

What you'll do

• Create top-notch creatives from scratch to final render
• Work with lip-sync, footage, deepfakes, composition, dynamics, and lighting.
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) in production.
• Source footage/montage material
• Collaborate with all team departments

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in traffic arbitrage
• Proficient in motion design tools
• Lip-sync skills (speech synchronization with video)
• Effective use of AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) in production
• Ability to adapt quickly, meet deadlines, and work in a team
• Willingness to provide portfolio
